This note to you is merely to share feedback on the excellent service and expertise shared with me by Rob Peterson. While I always appreciate working with your team, honestly Rob answered questions and fixed situations I have been dealing with in working remotely ever since May 2008. I could not print locally working on Brea documents remotely, nor scan.

In the Brea office, my co-worker and I in the Benefits Dept. have had issues in trying to open and retain documents sent to us that were taken off the internet or Excels that we could not open. I have had different answers by a couple of your employees (when I put in requests for Support), but Rob answered, worked on and followed-through enough for me to actually have these issues resolved. I truly appreciated the time and effort he professionally dedicated to me today. I hope that his skills and expertise are being dully noticed.
